DMTBF analysis is carried out on all critical components and only the highest quality components are selected and used in our products. For outdoor products, high-quality polyurethane potting material is used to rapidly dissipate heat and protect against moisture and humidity. To that end, our products require no de-rating, even at full load and maximum operating temperatures, unlike other power solutions in the market.

Every product is produced in-house at our ISO-certified manufacturing facilities. Utilizing best-in-class practices, a date code system is used to track and ensure product quality down to the component level. All outgoing products undergo 100% burn-in. Digital databases are maintained to store ATE quality reports of outgoing products maximizing transparency throughout the production process.
